I could not wait to get my hands on book 2. 

The Ozarks Mystery Series by Dianne Harmon has quickly become a favorite.  

As book 1 left off Della has been settling in with Moose.  And at her friends urging begins date 'a little '. 

Della works hard adding an on line presence to generate growing business at her Resale Store. 

And maybe dig into the cause of her husband's death.  

Her friend and local Realtor has made  another donation an offer to clean out a house. 

The town chili cook off is in full swing along with a sidewalk sale. 

Just before Della leaves to visit the cook off the Sheriff suddenly comes through town with sirens and lights causing him to miss being a judged at the cook off. 

Good thing he misses getting poisoned.  

Della begins a subtle quiet investigation when realizes a judge is probably food poisoned.  The alternate judge when the Sherrif has to leave.

Delta is suspicious and surprised when FBI Agent Brice comes into town to warn her and explain her husband's Seth's death may not have been an accident.  

Suspects begin surfacing after a real attempt is made on the sheriff's life. 

The FBI and Della join forces along with the sheriff to ferret out who is trying to take him out and how it is related to Seth's death. 

The book has a great ending with Moose saving the day and the two men dancing around thier feelings for Della. 

So what secrets will be uncovered in book 3?
