And I thought
I am glad I found this title when I began to search books set in Missouri.
Missing In Missouri was a great read.
The main character Corrie was still grieving the death of her husband who had been a police Detective in the thier town.
I liked how the the author wove that element into the story.
Not like cozy mysteries when the character just happen to get into investigating and relationships with law enforcement.
Corrie's professional relationship with the Police Chief is believable and leads to the ending after the crimes are solved.
There ended up being several crimes that may or may not have to do with the sad deaths of two young people. Lot's of suspects give Corrie alot to investigate.
Nolan works with Corrie ferreting out the answers. Stays by her side and saves the day in the end.
I enjoyed the ending and the new professional paths that Corrie and Nolan both choose after everything is solved.
I did not realize this was a Christian theme book.
Author Helen Gray did a great job of weaving faith into the story.
And the characters lives.
I already have other titles in the series on my Wish List.
I enjoyed the Audible version of this title. Especially the the 'real' 'live person' narration.
This titled be featured in my
On The Road event in November
