And I thought 

A few years ago I read a Cozy Mystery by the author.  So I was intrigued when I stumbled onto Cowgirl Blaze. I snatched it up without looking at the description.   I love good Cowboy read.  So I figured this one would have a Cowboy  or two. 

I didn't realize I was stepping into such a good read. 

The main character Kentley reminded me in an odd way of  Teeter on Yellowstone.  

No pink hair.  A pink hat instead. 

Kentley is a tough as nails woman. She is a Cowgirl through and through and has experience breaking Colts. 

Having had a sad childhood. And being involved in a fire she was afraid to be expected to help when the ranch crew serves at the town fire station.   

Kently is a woman with a kind heart that gets her noticed by a Stalker and Arsonist. 

Clay is a kind man. An all around Cowboy hand with plans for his future being an owner instead of just a hand one day. 

Clay quickly notices Kentley and sets claim to her with the other hands. 

Then when they realize she is being stalked he gladly steps up to be protector. 

The Rocking W Ranch is a great place. I could just imagine the history as the hands share past stories are with Kentley.  

Cowgirl Blaze is book 4 of 8. 

Author  Cynthia Hickey gave this reader an edge of my seat experience.  

Great characters that played their roles well.  

Honey Kentley's dog, Sophie the mare she is breaking and the Kitten which Kentley named Blaze steal your heart. 

Even the Energizer Bunny Arsonist that refuses to give up plays his part well. 

But odds are not in his favor because there is a happy ending of couse! 

I have already checked Amazon and grabbed the entire Audible series. 

I am glad to give Cowgirl Blaze my 5 star rating.
